Harlan Coben once again delivers a twisty thriller, packed full of suspense, drama and mystery.
The second in the Detective Sami Kierce series, it can be read as a stand alone, but I think it would benefit to read the first as there are characters from the first book that appear in this one.
It’s a complex storyline with a lot going on, which I loved and its fast pace kept me turning the pages and throughly engaged. There’s twists, turns, jaw droppers and the ending leaves you waiting rather impatiently for a third book? I hope so anyway!
Yet another 5* for Harlan Coben. Excellent read.
