On a Quiet Street is a domestic thriller centred around Leah and the story surrounding the birth of her baby.
Packed full of lies, deceit and unlikeable characters, I enjoyed this book and didn’t trust any of them. Unfortunately, though, that meant I didn’t particularly warm to anybody and found it hard to get behind Leah and her quest for the truth.
It does have a couple of decent twists and was a quick and easy read that was suspenseful and dramatic.
